Our Story
Pulse Digital kicked off in 2016 when our founder got frustrated watching local businesses lose customers to outdated websites. Started small — just three people in a cramped office. But word spread. Turns out, when you actually care about client outcomes instead of billable hours, people notice. By 2019 we'd grown to eight team members. Then COVID hit and we realized we didn't need the office anyway. Now we're 13 people spread across Romania (and one freelancer in Portugal who won't stop sending memes). We've built over 180 websites. Some for startups that've become serious players. Some for established businesses that needed a digital wake-up call.
